- Assist retail team with order entries
- Prepare upcoming launches and emails to collaborate with cross functional teams checking stock levels and relevant product information
- Work closely with the logistics team
- Manage end of seasons returns
- Training all new retail members on our different systems
- Assess inventory management, investigation of stock discrepancies
- Responsible for maintaining and enforcing standards operations procedures - EMEA + APAC retail locations, this will require you to regularly update and communicate SOPs to stores team to ensure consistent processed and exceptional customer experiences are achieved
- Ensure retail teams are in accordance with ASSOULINE RETAIL EXCELLENCE book
2. Transverse with HQ / Ops Director
- Work closely with HQ to provide "knowledge" documentation on our products
- Escalate any necessary information, challenges, issues encountered by the retail team, to the correct department
- Solving problems by liaising with our different departments
- Optimize and refresh any S&OP in accordance with retail team
- Any ad-hoc projects with IT, Marketing, Logistics, VM, Finance .
3. Administration
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain key KPI reports
- Be the expert within retail team on NetSuite system & Shopify, supporting with training and operational challenges and providing regular reporting when necessary
- System cleaning with logistics team
- Support the Retail Store Directors and Managers in distributing clienteling reports and guidance
- Working closely with internal teams, support Retail Operations director and Retail Operations Manager to drive the brief and manage the creation, delivery and sign off of the store communications for Retail operations projects
4. Communications
- First point of contact for all EMEA & APAC Retail Operations queries, liaising with key contacts to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Be the expert in the EMEA & APAC Retail Operation team in relation to all global store systems operational challenges, providing 'know how'
- Developing highly communicative and proactive relationships with the regional teams, to keep track of their issues and concerns, ensuring that these are raised, logged and resolved where appropriate
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external shareholders
- Ensure all key Retail Operations are communicated via our different channels, if necessary.
5. Brand
- Understand and demonstrate the Assouline employee values and behaviours, Be Bold, Be Imaginative, Be Open and Be Responsible
- Support Assouline to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others
- Act as an ambassador for Assouline and communicate positively about the brand
6. Retail Excellence Process
- Work with the HQ and Operations Director/manager to implement the retail excellence guide.
- Be responsible of the implementation, follow up process on the understanding of the new Assouline Excellence
- Be the point of contact for all inquiries regarding the program
- Put in place new VM procedures, rotation, music program based on the demand/the season
